RXP ANNOUNCES NEW SERIES OF CALL CENTRE MASTERCLASSES FOR 2007

RXPerience Limited today announces the launch of a Masterclass programme, designed to support senior managers to make their customer contact operations more efficient and effective.

Best practice
All contact centre managers strive to make their operations more effective and efficient. But there are few places for senior managers to go if they want to discover what best practice means for their own operation.

Leading UK call centre consultants RXP is helping to address this gap by launching a series of operational management classes in 2007. These masterclasses will focus on providing best practice hints and tips that can be taken away and applied by attendees in their own operation. The style of each session will be facilitatory, with high levels of participation from each attendee. The masterclasses are scheduled in a range of locations, starting on 24th April in London and the 26th April in Leeds.

Subject matter
RXP masterclasses will cover Operational effectiveness and efficiency - which is focused on having the right KPIs and Quality Management processes that reinforce the right staff behaviours, allied to developing strategies to cope with peak and troughs in volumes, meet SLAs and develop strategies to deflect unintended contact.

There will also be events aimed specifically at Public sector contact centre development - which is for Management and Supervisory staff in the both local and central government who are already operating their own call centre. These masterclasses are run jointly with public sector technology consultants 4C Strategies and is focused on how to optimize your existing operation; manage demand; address staffing issues; and exploit technology.

The classes will be run in conjunction with our media partner Call Centre Helper magazine which is the most popular online call centre magazine in the UK and the third most popular worldwide.
