RXP TO PROVIDE FREE CONSULTANCY CLINIC AT CALL CENTRE EXPO

RXPerience Limited today announced that it will be supporting a new consultancy clinic feature at this year’s Call Centre Expo on 26th and 27th September, where RXP will provide attendees at the show with a complementary 30 minute one-to-one meeting with our world class team of consultants.

The role of the consultancy clinics
Call Centre Expo is Europe’s number one event for customer contact solutions and this years event, which takes place at the NEC Birmingham on 26th and 27th September, is being jointly staged alongside the Customer Strategy and Management show. As part of a new feature, selected consultancies have been asked to provide access to their consultants for one-to-one meetings. This allows attendees to gain impartial advice on how to best solve the problems that they face in running their contact centre operations.

RXP will be running these consultancy clinics as well as providing a free of charge training session in the Customer Management Services Solutions Theatre on ”Creating the outstanding Contact Centre – for your customers and your staff”. Paul Weald, Managing Director of RXP, and one of the most experienced and respected contact centre consultants in the UK, will share with attendees how the ingredients of good people, effective processes and appropriate technology can help to significantly increase the Customer Satisfaction from contact centres.

Alongside the exhibition there is also the CCF Conference where Paul Weald and ComXo Managing Director Andrew Try are jointly presenting a paper titled “Measuring the Reality Gap” on how you can use Mystery Shopping to understand the Customer Experience across all the channels into your organisation.

And also in Birmingham whilst the Expo is on is the European Contact Centre Awards – where over 1,000 people will attend the annual Gala dinner. This year RXP Managing Director, Paul Weald has been an Award judge in the category of Best Contact Centre for Customer Service.
