A multi-channel approach to improved Customer Experience and efficiencies

Companies who ignore how their customers wish to interact and fail to provide the option to move between channels without barriers are not only missing opportunities but are also in danger of losing their audience.

Whilst is it typical to add an electronic channel into an existing call centre, it is important to recognise that the different channels of telephone, web, email and post are not mutually exclusive so from a strategic perspective should work together to provide a consistent and uniform face to customers.
